Where is my data stored?
Schooly is cloud-native and hosted on Amazon AWS. Your data is stored securely in the cloud with no on-premise hardware required.
How easy is it to get started?
Very easy. A new school profile can be created in as little as 5 minutes. For existing schools migrating data, setup time depends on the volume of data — but we handle the migration for you at no extra cost.
How much training is required?
Very little. Individual staff members typically need 30 minutes to 2 hours to get up to speed. A full school staff team can be trained in approximately 6 hours total. Schooly is designed to be learned without an IT department.

Does Schooly integrate with other platforms?
Yes. Via Wonde*, you can integrate your Schooly data with a wide range of other EdTech solutions.
How much does Schooly cost?

Can I try Schooly before committing?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day free trial environment with dummy data so you can fully explore the platform before making any decisions.
What happens to family records when a student leaves?
Families retain access to their data including reports, grades, and communications through the Parent App even after a student leaves the school. This eliminates the administrative burden of data subject access requests.
